Regarding Google Reviews - Our Perspective

Recently, we have received several inquiries from patients who were anxious after reading reviews about us on Google.
On the other hand, we have been approached by many companies offering to manage the deletion of such reviews.
However, at our clinic, we may consider legal measures in extreme cases, but as a rule, we choose to leave them be.

Since our establishment, we have been proactively working to improve patient satisfaction.
However, different people have different perceptions and we have always found it challenging to meet the expectations of everyone.

For example, reducing waiting time requires shortening the time spent with each patient, which can sometimes be contradictory.
Moreover, no matter how much we strive to improve our services, due to safety and health insurance restrictions being a medical institution, there are parts that we cannot perform equivalently to a pure service industry.

Of course, we investigate the facts about all the comments and various opinions we receive and respond to them on a case-by-case basis.
However, the medical industry is prone to complaints.
We have many postings by so-called complainants and disgruntled ex-employees.

Especially in sensitive clinical departments, individual compatibility is inevitable.
In this age where various information floods the internet, we want to continue our practice without being misled.
Therefore, we genuinely hope for those who truly appreciate us to come.

Of course, it is our wish to be liked by as many people as possible, and we are determined to continue our utmost efforts for that purpose.
