※5）The L’estrogel and Buserelin Nasal Spray can be refunded if returned unopened to our clinic by the return deadline (for egg retrieval cycles: the day of retrieval, and for embryo transfer cycles: within 1 month of receipt).Please note that refunds cannot be processed if the return deadline is missed.

※6）Antibiotics are not included and will incur an additional cost.
※7）Handling fee will be charged for transferring embryos.
