Please make a reservation by phone. Please note English Help Desk is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Visiting for the first time?

If you are a first-time visitor, you can receive a consultation without making an appointment, but if you contact us by phone or email in advance, the reception will be smooth.
If you wish to receive a medical examination without prior notice, please bring your insurance card and come within the reception hours.
If you are going to see a doctor for the first time, you will need a questionnaire.
We have prepared it so that you can fill it out in advance at home, so please use it.
When you come to the hospital, please fill out and bring the "Comprehensive Questionnaire" and the questionnaire for the department you are going to see.

Request to patients

For safety reasons, we do not allow children to enter the examination room area.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from visiting the hospital with children.
