Notice: Enhanced Security for Online Payments

Thank you for choosing our clinic and for your ongoing support.
We are pleased to announce the introduction of 3D Secure (an identity verification service) to enhance the safety and security of online credit card payments for our patients.

3D Secure is a security feature that helps prevent unauthorized use of credit cards by requiring an additional identity verification step during online payments.

■ Implementation Schedule
Starting from June 2025, 3D Secure will be gradually introduced.

■ Applicable Payment Methods
Online credit card payments.

■ Authentication Methods
Depending on your credit card issuer, one of the following authentication methods may be required.

・Password Authentication
・One-Time Password (sent via SMS or email)
・Biometric Authentication (such as fingerprint or facial recognition)

※ Please note that prior registration for "3D Secure (identity verification service)" through your card issuer’s member site or similar platform is required. Payments may not be completed if registration is not done.
※ Registration status and authentication methods vary by card issuer. If you have any questions, please contact your card company directly.
