Changes to Health Insurance Card Requirements (Effective August 1, 2026)

Dear Patients,

Please note that the validity period of the conventional health insurance card has expired, and the temporary measure allowing the use of health insurance cards will end on 31 July 2026.
Therefore, if you visit our clinic on or after 1 August 2026, please bring one of the following:

・My Number Card (linked to health insurance information)
・Eligibility Confirmation Certificate

If you are unable to present either of the above, we will not be able to verify your health insurance eligibility.
As a result, you will be required to pay the full medical expenses (100%) at the time of your visit.
If you provide valid documentation confirming your health insurance eligibility within the same month, we will refund the difference.

Please note that if the original payment was made by credit card, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
