Male Infertility

Image of Male Infertility

Infertility caused by oligospermia or azoospermia is more common than generally thought, and it is said that one-third of all infertility cases are due to male infertility.

In the case of oligospermia, artificial insemination is performed by concentrating sperm or microinsemination is performed by directly injecting sperm into an egg, depending on the severity.

Even in cases of azoospermia, where sperm cannot be found in semen analysis, sperm is searched for in the epididymis or testes.

At our clinic, we also perform MESA (microsurgical epididymal sperm aspiration), TESE (testicular sperm extraction), and MD-TESE (microdissection testicular sperm extraction under general anesthesia) to obtain as many sperm as possible.
Embryologists search for hours to find a single sperm in the small tissue taken from the testes and perform ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection) using the sperm they found.

Although the surgery is usually performed on an outpatient basis, hospitalization is possible if the patient's condition is not good or if requested.
We also provide 24-hour support in case of sudden changes after surgery.
