class=\"section-dept__content02_text\">\r\n<div class=\"ivf_icsi_cap\">\r\n<p class=\"align_left pl20 pr20 pt20\">\r\n        Azoospermia is a condition in which sperm are not found in semen.\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        If no sperm is detected in a semen test, there is a possibility of azoospermia, and in general, 1 in 100 men has azoospermia.\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        It is said that one in five patients undergoing infertility treatment have azoospermia.\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"align_left pl20 pr20\">\r\n        At our hospital, we basically perform\r\n        <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oakclinic-group.com\/en\/male_sterility\/md_tese\/\">\r\n         MD-TESE (microscopic intratesticular sperm extraction)\r\n        <\/a>\r\n        to collect sperm from the testicles and perform microinsemination.\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<div class=\"ivf pb10\">\r\n<p class=\"headline\">\r\n<a href=\"#treat04_01\">\r\n          Obstructive azoospermia\r\n          <img class=\"section-dept__content02_text mt20\" id=\"treat04_01\">\r\n<h2 class=\"section-dept__content02_title\">\r\n       Obstructive azoospermia\r\n      <\/h2>\r\n<p>\r\n       Sperm is produced, but the path along which the semen is transported (vas deferens, ejaculatory duct) is blocked.\r\n       <br\/>\r\n       Causes of onset include after inguinal hernia surgery and vasectomy (vasectomy).\r\n      <\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n       In this case, since the testes are normal, it is said that sperm retrieval can be performed with a high probability by performing intratesticular sperm retrieval (MD-TESE).\r\n      <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"align_center\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Obstructive azoospermia\" height=\"auto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oakclinic-group.com\/wp\/wp-content\/themes\/oak-clinic\/en\/assets\/images\/male_sterility\/treat04_01.png\" width=\"60%\"\/>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"section-dept__content02_text\" id=\"treat04_02\">\r\n<h2 class=\"section-dept__content02_title\">\r\n       Non-obstructive azoospermia\r\n      <\/h2>\r\n<p>\r\n       A state in which sperm are not produced.\r\n       <br\/>\r\n       Even if sperm are produced, the number is very small and no sperm is detected in semen.\r\n       <br\/>\r\n       Causes include mumps, etc.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n       In this case, with the exception of some cases, treatment is unlikely to restore spermatogenic function.\r\n       <br\/>\r\n       Therefore, the only way to recover sperm is to perform\r\n       <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oakclinic-group.com\/en\/male_sterility\/md_tese\/\">\r\n        MD\u2010TESE\r\n       <\/a>\r\n<br\/>\r\n       If the condition is idiopathic and FSH is high, sperm may not be retrieved.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"align_center\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"#\" height=\"auto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oakclinic-group.com\/wp\/wp-content\/themes\/oak-clinic\/en\/assets\/images\/male_sterility\/treat04_02.png\" width=\"60%\"\/>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"section-dept__content02_text\" id=\"treat04_03\">\r\n<h2 class=\"section-dept__content02_title\">\r\n       No semen comes out\r\n      <\/h2>\r\n<p>\r\n       In cases of sexual dysfunction, such as inability to obtain an erection sufficient for intercourse or inability to ejaculate, the focus is on pharmacotherapy.\r\n       <br\/>\r\n       In cases of primary ejaculation disorders, spinal cord injury, or diabetes resistant to ED treatment, sperm retrieval is performed by MD-TESE in some cases.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"align_center\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"#\" height=\"auto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oakclinic-group.com\/wp\/wp-content\/themes\/oak-clinic\/en\/assets\/images\/male_sterility\/treat04_03.png\" width=\"60%\"\/>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"section-dept__content02_text\" id=\"treat04_04\">\r\n<h2 class=\"section-dept__content02_title\">\r\n       Retrograde ejaculation\r\n      <\/h2>\r\n<p>\r\n       Imipramine 50-70mg is taken orally every day.\r\n       <br\/>\r\n       It cannot be used if you have glaucoma or heart abnormalities.\r\n       <br\/>\r\n       However, treatment often does not improve the condition, and if you wish to have a baby, artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization, or microinsemination may be performed.\r\n       <br\/>\r\n       When performing artificial insemination or in vitro fertilization, sperm are collected directly from the bladder at the same time as egg retrieval.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"align_center\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"#\" height=\"auto\"
