{"id":1272,"date":"2024-10-08T19:46:44","date_gmt":"2024-10-08T10:46:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.oakclinic-group.com\/wp\/container\/"},"modified":"2024-10-09T12:59:10","modified_gmt":"2024-10-09T03:59:10","slug":"container","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.oakclinic-group.com\/en\/baiyoushitu\/container\/","title":{"rendered":"Cryopreservation Containers"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"section-dept__container\">\n<div class=\"section-dept__first_content\">\n<section class=\"section-dept__content01\">\n<h1 class=\"section-dept__content01_title\">\n     Cryopreservation Containers\n    <\/h1>\n<div class=\"section-dept__content01_text\">\n<div class=\"section-dept__content02_text\">\n<p>\n       Recently, the cryopreservation of embryos, blastocysts, oocytes, and sperm has become popular.\n      <\/p>\n<p>\n       During cryopreservation, cryoprotectants are added to cells to avoid ice crystal damage before being placed in a liquid nitrogen tank.\n       <br\/>\n       A special container is used, about which the following 3 points apply.\n      <\/p>\n<p>\n       \u2460The container is meant for temperatures as low as -200\u00b0C\n       <br\/>\n       \u2461The container is stable for cells like oocytes, etc.\n       <br\/>\n       \u2462The shape makes it easy to collect cells during thawing.\n      <\/p>\n<p>\n       The container also has identifying markers, so that we can always be sure of patients\u2019 ID, name, etc. while using up as little space as possible.\n      <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"section-dept__content01\">\n<h2 class=\"section-dept__content02_title\">\n     Cryopreserving Sperm\n    <\/h2>\n<div class=\"section-dept__content02_text\">\n<ul class=\"list_type1\">\n<li>\n<span class=\"bold\">\n        Tube:\n       <\/span>\n<br\/>\n       A closed plastic container with a diameter of about 1cm and a height of about 5cm. Label the management number, patient name, and date.\n      <\/li>\n<li>\n<span class=\"bold\">\n        Straw:\n       <\/span>\n<br\/>\n       A plastic straw with a diameter of about 2mm. It saves space, but the drawback is that you cannot name the container itself.\n      <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"section-dept__content02_text\">\n<h2 class=\"section-dept__content02_title\">\n      Cryopreserving Oocytes\/Embryos\n     <\/h2>\n<ul class=\"list_type1\">\n<li>\n<span class=\"bold\">\n        Cryotop:\n       <\/span>\n<br\/>\n       A small amount of culture solution is placed on the plastic along with oocytes.
