\r\n Regulatory T cells (Tregs) are lymphocytes that control immune tolerance.\r\n \r\n To establish a pregnancy, immune suppression (immune tolerance) is required to accept a fetus into the mother, and Tregs are thought to play an important role in this.\r\n \r\n This study examines Treg variability during the thawed embryo transfer cycle.\r\n \r\n At the same time, we will carry out tests for recurrent miscarriage, aiming to clarify the pathophysiology of infertility and recurrent miscarriage and to take a new approach to treatment.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

  • \r\n You can receive the above tests free of charge (treatment costs are required aside from these measurements, fees related to thawed embryo transfer will be charged separately).\r\n <\/li>\r\n
  • \r\n By conducting an examination during the thawing transplant cycle, if any abnormalities are found, it is possible to take prompt action such as taking supplements, and it is expected that the implantation environment and pregnancy prognosis will be improved.\r\n <\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

    \r\n During the hormone replacement cycle, blood is collected. In addition to Treg measurement, hormone levels, copper \/ zinc (affects implantation), and blood coagulation systems (related to recurrent pregnancy loss) are examined.\r\n \r\n Please provide about 10 to 20 ml of blood on the day of embryo transfer, the day of pregnancy judgment, and if you become pregnant, at the time of the initial pregnancy test (around 9 weeks of pregnancy).\r\n <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

    \r\n Who can participate in this research?\r\n <\/h2>\r\n
    \r\n

    \r\n Patients who meet the following conditions are eligible.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
      \r\n
    • \r\n Those undergoing thawed embryo transfer with hormone replacement, who are transferring blastocysts of 3BB or greater, at our hospital.\r\n <\/li>\r\n
    • \r\n Are between the ages of 20-40.\r\n <\/li>\r\n
    • \r\n Those who have no history of gynecological illness due to infertility for which no obvious cause can be identified.\r\n <\/li>\r\n
    • \r\n Those who have not had a hospital visit or medication other than fever or fertility treatment within the past month.\r\n <\/li>\r\n
    • \r\n Those who can come to the hospital by 16:00 (12:00 on Sundays and holidays) on all days when blood is collected.\r\n <\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

      \r\n *During the research period, infertility treatments (fresh embryo transfer, artificial insemination, timing method, etc.) that deviate from the research plan cannot be performed.\r\n \r\n If the research protocol cannot be completed due to the patient's convenience, the examination fee will be charged.\r\n <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
