          <\/p>\r\n           Although there are a number of ways, the most basic of these is the (conventional) method of waiting for the adjusted concentration of sperm that has been sprinkled on the oocyte to be fertilized.\r\n           <br\/>\r\n           There is also the way of injecting the sperm into the oocyte using a fine needle while looking through a microscope (Combined fertilization = ICSI).\r\n          <\/td>\r\n<td class=\"color_yellow v_align_top\" rowspan=\"3\">\r\n<p>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n            The oocyte and sperm meet at the end of the fallopian tubes, while dividing taking several days after fertilization, the oviduct is moved.\r\n           <\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n            By the time it reaches the uterus it has become a blastocyst.\r\n           <\/p>\r\n           After ovulation the bag the oocyte was in changes to corpus luteum, and begins production of progesterone.\r\n          <\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td>\r\n<p>\r\n            4\uff09Embryo Transfer\r\n           <\/p>\r\n           The fertilized oocyte is called the embryo.\r\n           <br\/>\r\n           The embryo that had become 4-8 cells by cell division is then put into the uterus by embryo transfer.\r\n           <br\/>\r\n           Additionally, there is also the method of continuing to culture it In Vitro until it has become a blastocyst and then placing it into the uterus.\r\n          <\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td>\r\n<p>\r\n            5\uff09Corpus Luteum Activiation\r\n           <\/p>\r\n           Supplemented with progesterone (a hormone that facilitates implantation) by an injection or oral medicine.\r\n          <\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p>\r\n       IVF\uff0dET is done according to the menstrual cycle.\r\n       <br\/>\r\n       There are several ways in each stage and there are many a number of patterns based on the combination thereof.\r\n       <br\/>\r\n       I will introduce the most standard IVF-ET in our clinic.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div id=\"flow\">\r\n<\/div>\r\n<h2 class=\"section-dept__content02_title mt30\">\r\n      Flow of IVF-ET\r\n     <\/h2>\r\n<h4 class=\"section-top__guide_title mb20\">\r\n      Menstruation \u2013 Day 3\r\n     <\/h4>\r\n<div class=\"section-dept__content02_text\">\r\n<p class=\"text_frame color_yellow\">\r\n       Ovulation Induction\r\n      <\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n       Oral medicine suppresses hormone secretion in the body and prevents spontaneous ovulation.\r\n       <br\/>\r\n       Take daily until 2 days before Oocyte Pick-up.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n       Hormone injections are used to grow follicles (sacs containing eggs).\r\n       <br\/>\r\n       From the 6th to 8th day of the menstrual cycle, the size of the follicles is measured by ultrasound and the amount of hormones is adjusted.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n       If follicles around 20mm in diameter multiply, we will inject HCG, the hormone that stimulates the maturation of the oocyte.\r\n       <br\/>\r\n       It is said that there will be ovulation after 36 hours of the HCG injection.\r\n       <br\/>\r\n       Therefore, at our clinic, we will inject the HCG at night and then oocyte Pick-up the morning after the next day.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<h4 class=\"section-top__guide_title mb20\">\r\n      Menstruation - Day 10-18\r\n     <\/h4>\r\n<div class=\"section-dept__content02_text\">\r\n<p class=\"text_frame color_yellow\">\r\n       Oocyte Pick-up\r\n      <\/p>\r\n<div>\r\n<p>\r\n        As for the oocyte Pick-up, it will be done while looking through the microscope and sticking a needle into the ovary.\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        It is like a very simple day surgery.\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        We use anesthesia during oocyte Pick-up so that there is neither pain nor fear.\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"align_center\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"IVF\" height=\"auto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oakclinic-group.com\/wp\/wp-content\/themes\/oak-clinic\/en\/assets\/images\/funin\/egg-collection_image.png\" width=\"50%\"\/>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"section-dept__content02_text\">\r\n<p class=\"text_frame color_yellow\">\r\n        Semen Collection\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n        On the day of oocyte Pick-up, we will also take a sample of your husband\u2019s semen.\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        The semen entrusted to us will have a concentrated wash with a special washing solution, and then we will collect only the sperm with good motility.\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"text_frame color_yellow\">\r\n        Fertilization\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n        Fertilization is done by an embryologist in the afternoon of the day of egg retrieval.\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n        The most basic fertilization method is the conventional method, which involves sprinkling sperm adjusted to an appropriate concentration onto the egg and waiting for fertilization.\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        In addition, there is intracytoplasmic insemination (ICSI), in which a single sperm is directly inserted into the egg cell using a fine needle under a microscope.\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n        Which method to use is determined by counseling in advance, looking at the progress of treatment and semen data.\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"text_frame color_yellow\">\r\n        Conventional\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"pl20\">\r\n        We will sprinkle the sperm that has been adjusted to the appropriate concentration on to the oocyte that is in the state of being covered by a cell.\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        The sperm will melt the cell around the oocyte, and by the power of the sperm will penetrate the cell.\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"align_center\">\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Conventional\" height=\"132\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oakclinic-group.com\/wp\/wp-content\/themes\/oak-clinic\/en\/assets\/images\/funin\/process5.gif\" width=\"449\"\/>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"text_frame color_yellow\">\r\n        ICSI\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"pl20\">\r\n        To the oocytes that have detached the surrounding cell by enzyme treatment, a single sperm will be injected by needle insertion while looking under the microscope.\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"align_center\">\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"ICSI\" height=\"177\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oakclinic-group.com\/wp\/wp-content\/themes\/oak-clinic\/en\/assets\/images\/funin\/process6.gif\" width=\"385\"\/>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"text_frame color_yellow\">\r\n        Fertilization Confirmation \/ Culture\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"pl20\">\r\n        Whether you use conventional fertilization or ICSI fertilization, both will develop in the same way.\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"pl20\">\r\n        If fertilization goes well, we will be able to see two nuclei within the embryo cell.\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        This is the \u201cmale pro-nucleus\u201d derived from sperm and the \u201cfemale pro-nucleus\u201d derived from the oocyte.\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        ertilization is complete when the two pro-nuclei are fused together.\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"pl20\">\r\n        The one cell (embryo) that comes from the fusion of the sperm and oocyte will then have repeated cell division and soon emerges as new life.\r\n the uterus.\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<h4 class=\"section-top__guide_title mb20\" style=\"font-size:20px;\">\r\n       After Oocyte Pick-up \u2013 Day 2\r\n      <\/h4>\r\n<div class=\"section-dept__content02_text\">\r\n<p class=\"text_frame color_yellow\">\r\n        Embryo Transfer (ET)\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"pl20\">\r\n        The embryo transfer will take place two days after the oocyte Pick-up when the embryo has developed to the point that it has divided about 4 to 8 times.\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        While looking at the data and having vigorous meetings with the doctor and embryologist, only the best embryos will be selected to implant into the uterus.\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        In some cases, with a little longer culture period, we may transfer the oocyte Pick-up when they have reached blastocyst stage, at around the fifth to sixth day (Blastocyst Transfer\uff1dBT).\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        We usually transfer only up to two blastocysts, in order to avoid multiple pregnancies.\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        In the case of there being a surplus it is recommended to undergo cryopreservation (freeze-preservation).\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        If you didn\u2019t get pregnant after trying IVF-ET the first time and you still desire a second child, the burden on the body will be less if we defrost and transfer another embryo.\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"pl20\">\r\n        We will supplement with progesterone hormone by use of an injection or oral medicine in order to help the implantation of the embryos implanted after transplantation of the embryo (blastocyst).\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"align_center\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"flow_ivf-et\" height=\"auto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oakclinic-group.com\/wp\/wp-content\/themes\/oak-clinic\/en\/assets\/images\/funin\/flow_ivf-et.png\" width=\"500\"\/>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<h4 class=\"section-top__guide_title mb20\" style=\"font-size:20px;\">\r\n       After Oocyte Pick-up Day 18\r\n      <\/h4>\r\n<div class=\"section-dept__content02_text\">\r\n<p class=\"text_frame color_yellow\">\r\n        Pregnancy Decision\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"pl20\">\r\n        Test for pregnancy.\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"pl20\">\r\n        Though there are many methods in the treatment of infertility, none of them are the absolute way and unfortunately it doesn\u2019t mean that even the IVF-ET will be successful.\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        Infertility treatment is something that you can only challenge again and again, and on top of that the fact of the matter is that it is difficult to succeed in this as one gets older.\r\n       <\/p>\r\n<p class=\"pl20\">\r\n        Based on that fact, our clinic thinks that IVF-ET to be a very effective measure.\r\n        <br\/>\r\n        All of our staff hopes that we can provide all the assistance needed to all of those who are hoping for a child.\r\n
