\r\n FOR ALL CYCLES STARTING AFTER November 1, 2021:\r\n \r\n A fee will be set for laboratory handling of oocytes and sperm during in vitro fertilization and oocyte freezing. Additionally, anesthesia fees will be changed, and the amounts of prepayments\/deposits will be changed.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

\r\n The new fees will appear on invoices as \"oocyte processing fee\" and \u201csperm processing fee\" charged at the time of collection and processing during in vitro fertilization.\r\n \r\n The oocyte processing fee will not be charged if the cycle is canceled or if no oocytes can be collected.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

\r\n Up until now, we have kept the same amount of advance payment for in vitro fertilization and oocyte freezing despite other fees changing, but at this time, prepayment\/deposit amounts will be changed to reflect cycle costs.\r\n <\/p>\r\n
