However, if complex assistance is required, fees may apply.\n  <\/span>\n<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"section-dept__content02_title mt40\">\n  What is CHAIM?\n <\/h2>\n<div class=\"section-dept__content02_text\">\n<p>\n   CHAIM stands for Check by Atypical Information Manager.\n   <br\/>\n   In cases where it is difficult to capture the plan within the system, there may be instances of missed instructions or time taken for reconfirming treatment policies.\n   <br\/>\n   To avoid such situations and ensure smooth progress in your treatment, CHAIM representatives are responsible for understanding, managing, and verifying your treatment plan.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n   While we do manage plans through CHAIM, we kindly request the following from patients who require CHAIM support.\n   <br\/>\n   Your cooperation is necessary for the successful implementation of your plan.\n  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"section-dept__content02_title mt-10\">\n  Request for Patients Requiring CHAIM Support:\n <\/h2>\n<div class=\"section-dept__content02_text\">\n<p>\n   \u25cfFor CHAIM-compatible plans, please contact the CHAIM hotline (Contact person for CHAIM) as soon as possible.
